All test scripts, automation suites, recorded scenarios, and custom assertions created using Gravity QA belong 100% to you and your organization.
Gravity QA does not claim any ownership, rights, or interest in any application binaries (APKs/IPAs/Web apps) loaded into the runtime.

By accessing this website, requesting early preview access, or downloading the Gravity QA client, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or if acting on behalf of a company or entity, that you have the authority to bind such entity.
Subject to these Terms, Gravity QA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to evaluate and utilize early preview builds of the desktop application for legitimate testing, verification, and quality engineering purposes.
Commercial volume deployment, dedicated on-prem runner clusters, and multi-seat enterprise licenses are governed by separate enterprise agreements.
Platform Ownership: Gravity QA, the Graviton autonomous AI heuristics engine, our logos, visual assets, documentation, and underlying code are the exclusive intellectual property of Gravity QA and its creator.
Your Content Ownership: You retain 100% sole ownership, copyright, and trade secret rights to all test scenarios, code scripts, assertion libraries, internal application builds, and mock data generated through your use of Gravity QA.

Gravity QA is provided "as is" and "as available" during preview releases. While we engineer with rigorous stability benchmarks across physical silicon, we make no express warranties regarding error-free operation across every third-party hardware configuration. In no event shall Gravity QA be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from test execution.
